Each 1/4 will yield approximately 120-125 pounds of beef.
** The additional method we offer is to order from one of our specific packages. The packages are smaller in quantity and contain a variety of beef. Place your order with a deposit.
The balance will be due at the time your beef is delivered.

Budgeting your beef.
With this option payments would be budgeted and spread out over time.
This option enables us to have the beef ready when you're ready.

** Actual yields and cutting instructions will determine the final amount due.
** All orders in our delivery area will be delivered at no additional cost.
** Our delivery area is Northeastern Colorado. We also deliver to Chicago, Illinois on an annual basis.
